How do I turn off image stabilisation?

Yes. Using either the DOP or Fullscreen interface bring up the Lens flyout menu and then tap on 'Stabilize'. If the button is not highlighted a light grey then stabilisation is turned off. To toggle the stabilizer straight from the main interface assign it as an action on the FN button.
